1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and the CAPITAILS company (being set up now; its full name and address will appear here once it is registered), who run CAPITAILS ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them: they are short and in plain English.

2. What CAPITAILS is, and is not

CAPITAILS teaches how money and investing work.

• It is education, not financial advice. Nothing in the app tells you what to buy, sell or do with your money.
• We are not financial advisers, and we do not know your situation.
• Nobody can promise returns. Investing can lose money as well as make it.
• Practice trading uses pretend money. Real results can be different.
• Prices and news may be delayed or wrong. Always check before you act.

3. Who can use CAPITAILS

You must be 18 or over to create an account. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us at contact@capitails.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Your account

You can sign up with Google or with your email. Please give true details. You can delete your account at any time from My Capitails, or by emailing us.

5. Free and paid parts

• Tier 1 is free.
• Tier 2 is paid, monthly or yearly. You will see the price before you pay. It renews until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next payment.
• Free Tier 2 for 15 days: if we offer it, no card is needed. When it ends, Tier 2 pauses. Nothing is deleted.
• Cooling-off: when you buy Tier 2, you ask us to start it straight away. Because it is digital content you get at once, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel for that payment. We will ask you to agree to this at checkout.

6. Fair use

Please do not share your account, copy or sell our lessons, use bots or scrapers on the app, or try to break or overload it. We may pause or close accounts that do.

7. Our content

The lessons, characters, tools and design belong to us. You can use them for your own learning, but not to republish or sell.

8. What we cannot promise

We work hard to keep the app running and the information right, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of mistakes or up to date.

9. Our responsibility

We are not responsible for money decisions you make, or for losses from investing. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

10. Emails

We send account emails (confirming your email, resetting your password) because they are part of the service. We only send tips, news and offers if you tick the box to say yes, and you can stop them at any time.

11. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email first.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where our company is registered (we will name it here once it is registered). Questions: contact@capitails.com.
