CAPITAILS

Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This page explains, in plain English, what we do with your information when you join the CAPITAILS waitlist. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

CAPITAILS (“we”) is the brand behind this website. We are setting up a company to run it, and when we do, your details will pass to that company and we will update this page. For anything about your data, email us at contact@capitails.com.

What we collect

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this page. We do not ask for your name, your money or anything else.

Why we collect it, and our legal reason

We use your email to tell you when CAPITAILS launches and to send the odd free lesson. Our legal reason is your consent: you give us your email and tick nothing else on your behalf. You can take that consent back at any time.

Who can see it

Only us. We do not sell your email or share it for advertising. Your details are stored with Google (Firebase), who run the servers for us, in the UK (London). Google also sees your internet address, like any website host, when you visit the page. Our emails, when we start sending them, will go through an email service we will name here when we choose one.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after we launch if you never become a user. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to us using it, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@capitails.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we will ask you again first.

CAPITAILS is education, not financial advice.
